Led the product design process of commercial multimodal voice interface and user experience for an artificial intelligence powered speech driven order kiosk, reporting to the CCO, CTO, and CEO
Collaborated cross functionally with developers and product managers to integrate seamless artificial intelligence conversation experiences between fine tuned SLM models and users.
Addressed complex UX and UI challenges, such as reducing user attention dispersion during order by 70-80%, facilitating correct user inputs by 20-30%, and handling error flows.

Designed interaction concepts ranging from major user flows to micro interactions, for a B2C SaaS product that utilizes facial tracking technology allowing users to converse using personalized NFT avatars.
Collaborated with the art team to illustrate and co-write the storyline for the third release of NFT collection, contributing to over 38,000 NFTs in circulation and $1.61M in total trading volume. Designed Discord emojis that gained traction among a community if 14,000+ members.
